# Profile and workspace

> Update your profile, password, and active sessions, and set your workspace name and billing address.

Open settings from the account menu in the top-right corner: click your name, then **Settings**. Settings has four sections: **Profile**, **Workspace**, **Team**, and **Billing & Credits**.

The account menu also has links to **Documentation**, **Support**, a **Dark mode** toggle, and **Logout**.

## Profile

Your personal details and account security.

| Field | Notes |
| - | - |
| **Photo** | Upload or remove your profile photo |
| **Full name** | Required |
| **Email address** | Your login email |
| **Phone number** | Include the country code, then click **Send code**. The verification code is sent on WhatsApp. |

Click **Save Changes** to apply, or **Change Password** to set a new password.

### Security

Under **Active sessions**, review the devices signed in to your account and sign out any you don't recognize.

## Workspace

| Field | Notes |
| - | - |
| **Workspace name** | Shown across the app. Click **Save workspace name**. |
| **Legal / billing name** | Name printed on tax invoices |
| **Billing address**, **PIN code**, **State** | Address used on invoices |
| **GSTIN** | Optional. Leave blank for individuals. |

Click **Save billing address** to apply. These details are used on GST invoices for your purchases.
