# Google Calendar

> Sync Orato meetings with Google Calendar, check availability, and send invitations to clients.

Connecting Google Calendar keeps your Orato meetings and your calendar in sync.

## What you get

* Meetings sync both ways between Orato and Google Calendar
* Real-time availability checking to prevent double bookings
* All meetings in one dashboard
* Calendar invitations sent to clients
* Notifications and reminders

## Connect

You can connect from either place:

* **Meetings** page: click **Connect Google Calendar**.
* **Integrations** page: click **Connect** on the **Google Calendar** card.

Sign in with the Google account you use for client meetings and approve access.

## Use it

Once connected, meetings you schedule on the [Meetings](/meetings) page appear in Google Calendar, and today's meetings show on the [Dashboard](/dashboard).

> [!TIP]
>
> Use a shared team calendar if several people take meetings booked from Orato calls.
