# Ticketing

> Let your assistant raise support tickets in Zoho Desk or Zendesk when a caller reports an issue.

Connect a helpdesk so that when a caller reports a problem, your assistant raises a ticket automatically. Your support team picks it up in the tool they already use.

| Tool | Status |
| - | - |
| **Zoho Desk** | Available |
| **Zendesk** | Available |
| **Freshdesk** | Request this integration |

## Set up

**1. Connect the helpdesk**

Go to **Integrations**, find **Zoho Desk** or **Zendesk**, and click **Connect**. Complete the sign-in in the connection window.

For Zoho Desk, you can optionally choose your account's **Domain Extension** (the region of your Zoho account).

**2. Select it on your assistant**

Open the assistant, go to the **Advanced** tab, and choose the tool under **Ticketing Integration**.

**3. Tell the assistant when to raise a ticket**

Add guidance to the instructions:

```text theme={null}
If the caller reports a problem with an order, delivery, or payment,
collect their name, order number, and a short description of the issue,
then raise a support ticket and tell them the team will follow up.
```

**4. Test**

Use **Talk** to report a test issue and check that the ticket appears in your helpdesk.

> [!TIP]
>
> Pair ticketing with **Transfer to Human** on the Advanced tab: raise a ticket for routine issues, and transfer urgent ones to a person.
