Send follow-up messages and notifications to customers on WhatsApp, for example a brochure after a qualification call or a reminder before a meeting.

Connect

Go to Integrations, find WhatsApp Business, and click Connect. Complete the authorization in the connection window.

Mention follow-ups in your prompt

Let the assistant offer a WhatsApp follow-up, for example If they are interested, offer to send the brochure on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp has its own rules for business messaging, including opt-in and approved templates. Make sure your use follows WhatsApp’s business policies.

Slack

Get instant notifications in Slack for completed calls, new leads, and agent activity. Go to Integrations, find Slack, click Connect, and choose the workspace to authorize.

Gmail

Receive campaign reports, credit alerts, and lead notifications in your Gmail inbox. Go to Integrations, find Gmail, click Connect, and sign in with the Google account that should receive alerts.
