How a conversation works
All Orato’s communications – voice calls and web chats alike – go through a live three-step process:Transcriber converts voice to text
The caller speaks. Orato’s uses its transcriber to turn their voice into text in real time via Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). That’s the input for the AI.
LLM generates a response
The language model takes the input and produces an intelligent response within one second, based on the full context of the conversation and your written instructions. Orato is compatible with Anthropic, Groq, and OpenAI.
